Well apart from Bruno's Amy tribute...and Lady Gaga's ironic reverse drag...check the wording there...its alot. There was Beyonce dancing...rocking a baby...lol im on fire today. Hubby J and Kanye came out wit 'Otis'...Chris Brown did 'Yeah X3' and 'Beautiful Poeple' and Weezy closed the show with 'How To Love' and 'John'. So a quite eventful evening.

We start with B...warming the stage up with a bun in the oven. Lol ima stop now...She was perfoming Love On Top.



Then we got dad to be Jigga and his partner in rhyme Kanye doin 'Otis'. Notice someone try and get in on the act at 1:17...nigga was lucky Jay didnt merk him...



Next we have Chris Brown. Say what you want about this man...love him or hate him but you cant deny that he is supreamly talented. Here he shows his entire arsonal by dancing/ singing 'Yeah 3x' and 'Beautiful People' as well as groving to Nirvana's 'Smells like Teen Spirit' and Wu Tang's 'Protect Your Neck'. No doubt dudes a genius...



And to end the show...my personal highlight...(certainly the performance I was waiting for). Young Money CEO...Lil Weezyana. Tha Carters album dropped today and Weezy used it as the perfect oportunity to advertise his his shit...namley Carter 4. He did is thing...looked like he was having fun more than anythin...performin 'How To Love' and 'John'...this is Weezy F Baby.

Got to say of all the award shows...the MTV Video Music Awards has grown to have a reputation of being the most 'eventful'...tho this year's talking wasnt a sepeculated 'publicity stunt'...but pop's best kept secret. Now its all reveled...heres what else happened at the show.

Justin Bieber brings a snake...I dont know why but he jus does. When asked by Girlfriend Selena Gomez what his name is...he jus smiled and said 'Johnson'. Hmmm...fame makes people crazy.

Anouther Highlight was Lady Gaga dressed a man...her alter ego...Joe Colderone. And it wasnt just for her performance of You and I...where Colderone makes his first appearance in the video. It was for the duration of the show. Even at one point flirting with Britney Spears. Lol fame makes people really crazy.

And finally there was an Amy Winehouse tribute which was very fitting. First producer/singer Tony Bennet introduced a clip of him and her where working on...then Russell Brand went up and said a few words then introduced Bruno Mars who then sung her hit with Mark Ronson 'Valarie'. A fitting tribute...not too much...not too little.

Its somthin we been waiting to hear for a long time. Since there relationship came to light all the way bac in 03...to them getting hitched in 08. We been waiting for the day that Jayonce would annouce the imminent arrival off offspring. Well tha day is here...at the VMA's Beyonce announced her pregnancy to the world by opening her jacket after her performance of 'Love On Top' and rubbing her tummy. How very sweet...que shot of Jay laughing and getting patted by Kanye...its like it was scripted or somin. But yh this is actually a shock...didnt see this comin at all. Anyway good luck to the happy couple...hope they have strong...healthy...talented babies. YAAAAY!!!!

Anybody who reads this site knows Im a massive fan and love to champion the Based God. Theres alot of controversy about him, and alot of people have a problem with him which is fair enough everyones got there opinion. But one thing you cant fault him for is work rate...infact I belve at this present moment in time he is the most hard working musician in the whole industry. And feel pretty confident with that statement as well. Well this is his new one...fresh from releasing his album 'Im Gay' and a string of videos from his 'Bitch Mob: Respect The Bitch Vol. 1'...and with no notice watsoever comes 'I Forgive You'. Judging from the title and the few tracks I've heard...seems to be aimed at his critics who love nothing more than to take mindless shots at him without really digin into his catalogue and researching him. Its all good tho cause what we got instead is a mixtape that so far sounds really good. Keep up the good work B...im rooting for you...and so is the whole Based community...#swag.

Less than an hour away from the VMA's...Justin Bieber decides to show his dominance (and maturity) on the pop world by dropping a remix to Drakes will it or will it not be on Take Care single Trust Issues. This is set to really rock the industry as Justin souns a lil different on this...almost...dear I say it...older. I dont know how his legeons of fans will greet this new development...that puberty has struck there mentor...but i for one like it. Nothing against Beiber but for a guy who's like 17...he's been sounding a bit too babyish. This new...deeper voiced version is a welcome change...and probably a sign of things to come. Oh Well i guess only time will tell...until it does enjoy this track.

In all honesty I didnt think it would happen. Well I guess the rap god's must be smilling at us cause out the blue comes this lil gem. The story goes Wayne sent a verse to Currensy for his tune Smoke Sumin which is on his new Verde Terrace mixtape. Currensy must have liked it cause he put it on the remix. Well its a good track Wayne and Currensy do there thing...def a smoking track...somin nice to vibe to.

Really hip-hop is a bit like the wwe sometimes...and if the last two beefs where the pleminary matches...then this is the main event. The CHAMPIONSHIP FIGHT. This is the one everyones been waiting for. Carter vs Carter...North vs South...Old vs New. This right here is the one...Jay-Z vs Lil Wayne. Both competitors are evenly matched in terms of skill...its jus that the current champion (Jay) has a lot more battle experince. Though the challenger (Wayne)...has never been one to back out of a fight. Heres the back story...all the way back in Jan 2010 when Birdman claimed that him and Wayne made the most money in the hip hop industy. Then later in the year Jay said he would be happy to compare accoutns between the two...if and I quote 'he's that confident'. I dont know really how much these guys are worth...jus whats printed...but I got to say...dudes are really sounding pretty cocky about it. After that there where a couple jabs in interviews here and there until finally a real punch was thrown...this coming from Jiagga man early this year on the first single off Watch the Thrown...H.A.M. Here Jay famously states...'really half a billi nigga...really...you got BABY money...keep it real wit niggas...niggas aint got my lady money'. That right there a clear shot at Birdman. After that all went quiet...thought that it had all died down...then off Tha Carter 4...on the track with Jada...and Drake (Drake seems to take a couple jabs too)...called 'Its Good'. Wanye returns fire saying 'talking about baby money...i got ya baby money...kidnap ya bitch...get that how much you love your lady money' Ouch...this should be a very intising match...certainly a mouth watering encounter. So will they give the people what they want or will it end here. Only time wil tell.

It seems the lack of attention Game has been getting...and the attention Lil B has...has really gotten to the red one. So much so that he decides to name Lil B the worst rapper in the history of rap without listening to him. Now thats ignorance. Then he says he WANTS Lil B to come at him. SMH...talk about attention seeking. Lil B did respond tho...almost immidietly by saying and I quote 'Game is a legend to...but he's irrelevent...BASED GOD'. Simple genius...no need to get into little squables with bi-poler psyco's...jus let them have thier rants then dismiss them as the yesterdays trash that they are.

Everything screams publicity...now she has truly been christend into the hip-hop community with her first rap beef against non other than...Ricky Ross. Kinda random...this all stes from her Come Up Show freestyle where she staes..."you faker than Rick Ross". I dont know how real real she is cause after this came out she clamied she wasnt dissing Rozay...syaing there was no disrespect...then released a new video goin in Ross. This time she's with a couple friends...namley V-Nasty. Hmmm...this could get interesting.

Its a kwel song...not the best...and as someone who aint really a Grafh fan to begin with...it wont change my opinion any time soon. Frick Park Market sees Miller doing wat he does best...working at food shops...and falling into twilight zones. Its a big song still...real potential to be his breakout single.

Well it seems that Mac Miller is the new Eminem...well atleast thats what Donald Trum says. The Apprentice US star was so in ore of Mac Miller track...aptly named Donald Trump being viewed 20 million times that he proclaimed Mac to be the Great White Hopes successer. What do i think of this...personally I dont think Mac has it to be Em's successor...honestly there are two tottally different rappers and to compare them based on skin color really shows total ignorance for hip-hop. Keeping with YMCMB...a Wayne party was attacked with pepper spray last night in Canada...It seems some jackass deceided to spary it into the ventalation system at La Mouche club in Montreal at about 1:15 am.

It rapidly spread throughout the building...this caused widespread panic as the building was evacuated.

Luckily Wayne...who was jus arriving as the commotion set off...was warned about the situation and promptly exited as well.

A rep for Lil Tunechi said he was a OK and continued n to the next city in his now seamingly never ending tour.
